I chose two causes that will cost me about $50 a month in contributions and take about 5 hours of time.
They are:
- Spread some home-front cheer – sending needed items including school supplies to families of soldiers away from home
- Create jobs (making micro loans to small start ups)

I find that helping people helps me as well. It adds meaning to my life to do something positive for others. I hope you will find that to be true also.
